Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Artisan Coterie, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, our operational model—particularly over weekends and in collaboration with expert facilitators and venues—necessitates a clearly defined cancellation and refund policy. This policy is intended to balance fairness for our customers, our creative partners, and our internal team.
You may cancel your booking under the following terms:
• Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to the experience date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 2–4 days prior to the experience date are not eligible for a refund. However, rescheduling is permitted once within 6 months.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience date are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Artisan Coterie.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another individual. Please contact our customer experience team at +91 72080 50195 to facilitate this change.
In the event that an experience is postponed or cancelled by Artisan Coterie, you will be entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, you may opt to retain the booking amount as credit toward a future experience of your choice.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
• In the case of bank transfers or UPI, customers may be asked to provide confirmation details such as:
- Account holder name
- Bank name
- Account number
- IFSC code
- UPI ID (if applicable)
These details will be used solely for the purpose of processing the refund securely and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Refunds and cancellations for private or corporate experiences are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the scope and customisation of the event. Specific terms will be provided and agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation.
