MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Ravi Srivastava and Seema Kashyap are a formidable creative duo, who have made an indelible mark in their creative journey together. "Ravi's story began with a brush, as a talented artist with numerous solo exhibitions to his name. However, his artistic vision soon expanded to encompass the world of cinema. Seema, on the other hand, started her journey as a costume stylist, bringing her unique flair to the world of films. Ravi and Seema together have co-designed productions for some of the most acclaimed Oscar winning films, including 'Slumdog Millionaire', 'Life of Pi', 'Lion', 'The Reluctant Fundamentalist', 'Eat Pray Love', 'Extraction', and many more, showcasing their exceptional creative synergy and production design expertise.
As the founders of Artisan Coterie, we have always been passionate about creating a space that empowers creative individuals. We recognized early on that many talented artisans, makers, and creators face challenges when it comes to gaining exposure, finding support, and accessing the resources they need to grow their craft.
Our commitment to supporting creative people is what drives us every day. Through Artisan Coterie, we aim to nurture an environment where collaboration and innovation are at the forefront, and where every artisan can feel empowered to pursue their dreams and succeed.
