• Standard booking slots are 6 hours, inclusive of setup, preparation, rehearsal, and showtime. Weekday and Weekend rates are available on request. Overtime is billed on a pro-rata basis.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon 100% advance payment on a first-come, first-served basis. A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000/- is mandatory and is processed post-event after site inspection.

Only authorized venue technicians can operate electrical and sound boards. A 15-minute lighting demo is included. Power consumption for Green Room AC is metered and billed separately.

• 15+ Days Notice: 50% Refundable.

• Within 7 Days / Force Majeure: Non-refundable and non-reschedulable (includes power outages or natural disasters).

Strictly no fire, cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs. No paint, glitter, or liquids on stage. The hirer is liable for the full replacement cost of the projection screen or stage flooring if damaged. Noise limit: 10:00 PM.

• Written permission from the writer and a valid Censorship Certificate are mandatory. All production teams must sign a liability waiver before the event. Disputes fall under Mumbai Courts jurisdiction.
