TERMS & CONDITIONS – MASQUERADE NIGHT 2026

Artisan Coterie, Marve Road, Malad

Event Date: December 31, 2026 | Time: 8:00 PM Onwards

 

1. Ticketing & Entry

Entry is permitted only with a valid, pre-purchased ticket for the correct category through online or at walk in at counter.

F&B Redemption:

- Only Entry: ₹1000 (No cover)

- Female Stag: ₹2500 (Full cover)

- Male Stag: ₹3000 (Full cover)

- Couple: ₹5000 (Full cover)

- VIP/Family Lounge: ₹5000 per head (₹3000 Redeemable)

- Kids Below 12 Years: ₹1200 (Full cover)

Kids above 12 years will be charged at adult ticket rates.

Entry will be granted after successful ticket verification (digital or printed).

Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable, except in case of event cancellation by the organizer.

 

2. Age & Identification

A valid government-issued ID is required for guests above 18 years.

Organizer may refuse entry if ID verification is not satisfactory.

 

3. Dress Code & Theme

This is a masquerade-themed event; elegant attire and masks are encouraged.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire.

 

4. Food & Beverage

Redemption value is valid only on the night of the event; cannot be exchanged or carried forward.

Outside food/drinks prohibited.

Alcohol served only to guests aged 21+, with valid ID.

Misuse or sharing of F&B credits is not permitted.

 

5. Venue Policies

No re-entry once a guest exits.

Misconduct may lead to removal without refund.

Damages to property will be chargeable.

VIP/Family Lounge seating subject to availability.

 

6. Safety & Security

Mandatory security checks apply.

Prohibited items: weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, outside alcohol, hazardous items.

Organizer not responsible for loss/theft of belongings.

Guests must follow staff instructions in emergencies.

 

7. Photography, Videography & Media

Event will be photographed/filmed for promotional use.

Attendance implies consent.

Professional equipment prohibited unless approved.

 

8. Liability & Conduct

Organizer not liable for injuries or health issues caused by negligence, intoxication, or misconduct.

Guests are responsible for their personal safety.

 

9. Event Modifications

Organizer may alter schedules or activities if required.

If event is cancelled, only ticket amount will be refunded.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing a ticket/entering venue implies acceptance of these terms.
